Main Contributions : BEIA will contribute with experience in speech big data processing and will contribute to development, integration and exploitation tasks. Added value will be provided by developing a use case based on a call/contact center platform with unified communication technology, CRM/ERP/SCM system, ‘text-to-speech (TTS)’ / ‘automatic speech recognition (ASR)’ solutions and integrating search based applications for processing diverse big data from sensors. BEIA is managing datasets about different online domains (IT&C, car insurance, etc.) and also sensor networks (environmental parameters, weather, etc.) and wants to analyse customer attitude and orient their experience during browsing by gathering data from virtual sensors for tracking the users and perform system integration, as well as big data search and analytics for online shopping (including emotion detection in speech from tele-sales call-centers). We can use know-how from big data processing software – data collection & aggregation, data fusion (semantic integration of unstructured and/or structured content from diverse data silos), data mining module, multimedia content analysis module, sentiment analysis modules.
